Made using a combination of beautiful and highly sought after Tahitian pearls and lauhala materials these earrings and necklaces are stunning and one of a kind. The black and gray tones of the Tahitian pearls are quite familiar to most Maui locals, but the use of lauhala fibers isn’t something you see everyday. Lauhala leaves, otherwise known as Pandanus leaves, come from a local tree seen around the islands and is commonly used to weave hats, mats, and also jewelry. Blending the elegant aesthetic of the Tahitian pearls with the more natural earthy look of the lauhala creates a pretty juxtaposition perfect for our island style and fashions.
