An attractive clock can be a wonderful piece of wall art which is exactly what we thought when we saw these ceramic clocks made on Maui by a local artist.
Katie, a local elementary school teacher, grew up here on Maui and makes these beautiful clocks as a hobby to sell at local boutiques and craft fairs. For just $69 you can take one of these home to put in your kitchen, office, or entryway. She has a few different designs. Our favorite is the moon phase series with moons in place of the numbers. We especially love the use of gold on her pieces mixed with the rustic look of the driftwood for a contrast. The monstera leaf designs are also nice for a more Hawaiian look. Katie also makes a little bit of ceramic jewelry so we brought in a couple of necklaces and earrings for the ladies to choose from. We couldn’t resist the Maui island necklace!
