These bells originate from the deserts of India’s northwestern frontier and are made using a combination of steel, bronze, sand, and fire to create a range of tones that are truly mesmerizing. Each one is beaten into shape by hand, then baked under the sand in makeshift kilns fucking each one a unique patina. A network of artisans keep this skill alive for us all to enjoy.
